Reproducibility

Workshops and instructional material are offered that cover general topics accessible to all researchers, as well as several more advanced topics, such as automation of software unit-testing, containerization using Docker, and reproducible workflow tools (e.g. Snakemake). Consultations are available for individual researchers as well as lab groups, journal club discussions, or department-wide seminars.
